From MIH Group to MIH Industry

What began as a family business grew through determination, hard work, and a deep understanding
of the building-materials industry. The foundation was built on entrepreneurship, strong customer
relationships and a long-term commitment to the markets the Group served.
A FATHER AND SON
Munir Ibrahim Haji
Munir Ibrahim Haji worked alongside his father from an early stage, learning the business
firsthand and gaining a deep understanding of the building-materials industry.
Working closely with his father gave him valuable experience across customers, products, sourcing,
distribution and business development. Those years shaped his entrepreneurial approach and
prepared him to lead the Group into its next chapter.
GROWING MIH GROUP
After taking over the leadership of MIH Group, Munir Ibrahim Haji brought a new level of ambition to
the business.
Under his leadership, MIH Group expanded its network, strengthened its market presence and grew
its activities across the region.
He understood that the future of the business would require more than expanding distribution. It
required developing the capability to manufacture, innovate, and create products within the GCC.
This vision marked the beginning of a new chapter.
THE CREATION OF MIH INDUSTRY
From Distribution to Manufacturing
Munir Ibrahim Haji became a pioneer in taking the group from its traditional trading and distribution
roots toward modern manufacturing and industrial development.
With a particular focus on the MDF and melamine industry, he saw the opportunity to build a
manufacturing platform capable of producing high-quality products for the rapidly growing furniture
kitchen, wardrobe, interior, and construction markets.
This vision led to the creation of MIH Industry.
The ambition was not simply to establish another MDF factory.
It was to develop a fully integrated, world-standard MDF and melamine manufacturing industry
in the GCC — combining advanced machinery, modern production systems, melamine finishing,
quality control, warehousing and distribution within one integrated manufacturing ecosystem.
BUILDING A WORLD-CLASS INDUSTRY
MIH Industry represents the evolution of decades of market experience into a new generation of
manufacturing.
The vision is to develop manufacturing capabilities built around technology, innovation, quality,
efficiency and international standards, creating products capable of competing in regional and
global markets.
From plain MDF to decorative melamine-faced panels, the ambition is to build a complete
manufacturing ecosystem serving furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, interiors and construction.

Today, Munir Ibrahim Haji and the next generation of the family are actively involved in the
business and its continued development.
The next generation is working alongside him, bringing fresh perspectives, new ideas and a
forward-looking approach while continuing to build upon the experience and values established by
previous generations.
Together, they are taking the business into its next phase — combining heritage with innovation,
experience with ambition, and distribution with manufacturing.
